Why book Fast Track in Phuket

After a long flight, nobody wants to spend another hour or two shuffling through the immigration hall. Fast Track is an expedited passport control service: a staff member takes you through a separate lane so you avoid the main line. It is especially worth booking ahead in the peak of high season and if you travel with children. Infants up to 2 years old use the service free of charge.

Arrival options

With the standard Fast Track on arrival, you are met at the Coral Arrival Lounge, located before passport control. Find your name on the board at the lounge entrance, and an attendant then escorts you through the Express Lane. The VIP Fast Track on arrival is more personal: staff wait with a name sign before the immigration area, or at the terminal entrance and escalators if you came from the plane by bus. A porter helps in the baggage hall, and you are escorted with your luggage all the way to your transfer or tour representative.

Departure options

For the standard Fast Track on departure, you check in for your flight yourself, then go to the Coral Lounge Service representative near row H and show the voucher on your phone. You are taken through immigration at a separate counter, away from the main queue.

VIP Fast Track + Lounge is the all-round option. You are met at the airport building or straight from your transfer, escorted through the first security check and to your airline's check-in counter (the regular queue for your class — priority check-in is not included), then through fast immigration and the second security check. A porter, flight information, a wheelchair if required and help with the tax refund for duty-free purchases are part of the service. It ends in the lounge, where drinks including alcohol, a buffet, pastries, fruit and snacks are unlimited.

Lounge only
