Motorbike Instructor Job in Phuket
Our motorbike school in Phuket is hiring instructors for the high season. Students are tourists and expats who have never ridden a scooter or want to stop being afraid of Thai roads. Lessons last 2 hours on a closed training ground and then in quiet streets.

✅ What you will do
- •Run 2-hour scooter lessons for beginners: balance, braking, turns, then a ride in traffic along a safe route.
- •Teach the rules of the road in Thailand, police checkpoints, helmets and insurance — what tourists actually get fined for.
- •Meet the student at the hotel or the training ground, check the gear, keep the bike clean and fuelled.
- •Accept payments from clients: cash, bank transfer, USDT (we show you how our accounting works).
- •Report each lesson or tour the same day in our CRM (phone is enough).
- •Help with social media: short videos and photos from the training ground or the route, stories, answering comments.
🎯 What we expect
- •Confident riding on automatic and manual motorbikes, 3+ years in Thailand or similar traffic.
- •Driving licence category A (Thai or international); Thai licence is a plus.
- •Russian or English at a level to explain calmly to a nervous beginner; both languages — a big plus.
- •Patience: most students are adults learning from zero.
- •Own transport (scooter or car) to get to the training ground, the pick-up point and the client.
- •Confident with payments: cash, transfers and USDT, honest and careful with money.
- •Comfortable with social media: you can shoot a short video on your phone and are not shy to appear in it.
- •Smartphone with WhatsApp and Telegram, you reply to clients within an hour.
- •Using email is a required skill: you check it daily — schedules, booking confirmations and documents come by email, and our reply to your application does too.
- •You live in Phuket or are ready to move for the high season (November–April).

Who fits this job
Riders who have lived in Phuket for a season or more, know where the police stand and how the rain changes the road. Former instructors, couriers and long-term travellers who are tired of odd jobs do well here. Teaching experience is welcome but not required — we have a lesson plan and a mentor for your first week.
A typical day
Two or three lessons of 2 hours between 07:00 and 18:00. Morning student at Bang Tao, afternoon student in Kathu, in between you shoot a 20-second clip for our Instagram and mark both lessons in the CRM. In high season (November–April) there are more students than instructors.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own motorbike for lessons?
You need your own transport to get around the island. Whether lessons run on your bike or the school's is agreed at the interview — it depends on the training ground and the student.
Do I need teaching experience?
No. Confident riding, patience and clear explanations matter more. The lesson plan and a mentor for the first week are provided.
How are payments handled?
Clients pay in cash, by transfer or in USDT. The instructor accepts the payment, records it in the CRM the same day and settles with the school on the agreed terms.
Is this a full-time job?
You choose: from a few lessons a week to a full schedule in high season. Pay is per lesson.
