Tour Guide Job in Phuket (Russian / English)
GoGo Phuket runs private car tours and group excursions around Phuket, Phang Nga Bay and Krabi. For the high season we are hiring guides who work in Russian, in English, or in both. Most of our tourists are families and couples who want a calm day with a person who knows the island.

✅ What you will do
- •Lead private car tours (Phuket Old Town, Big Buddha, Wat Chalong, viewpoints, Phang Nga) and accompany groups on boat trips.
- •Tell the story of the place in plain language, answer practical questions: where to eat, what to tip, how not to get fined.
- •Meet the group at the hotel, keep the timing, coordinate with drivers and boat crews.
- •Accept payments from clients: cash, bank transfer, USDT (we show you how our accounting works).
- •Report each lesson or tour the same day in our CRM (phone is enough).
- •Help with social media: short videos and photos from the training ground or the route, stories, answering comments.
🎯 What we expect
- •Fluent Russian or English (or both) — you speak to groups all day; Thai basics are a plus.
- •You know Phuket beyond the beaches: history, temples, markets, local food.
- •Experience as a guide, tour leader, hotel host or event manager is welcome; we train on our routes.
- •Stamina and a sense of humour for 8–10-hour days in the heat.
- •Own transport (scooter or car) to get to the training ground, the pick-up point and the client.
- •Confident with payments: cash, transfers and USDT, honest and careful with money.
- •Comfortable with social media: you can shoot a short video on your phone and are not shy to appear in it.
- •Smartphone with WhatsApp and Telegram, you reply to clients within an hour.
- •Using email is a required skill: you check it daily — schedules, booking confirmations and documents come by email, and our reply to your application does too.
- •You live in Phuket or are ready to move for the high season (November–April).
🌴 What we offer
- •Ready routes and texts for 80+ excursions, you add your own stories.
- •Pay per lesson or tour plus bonuses for reviews and repeat clients; the exact rate is agreed at the interview.
- •Clients come from the site, Google and our socials — you do not have to look for them.
- •Flexible schedule: you set your days off, work 07:00–18:00, 7 days a week in season.
- •Simple CRM, scripts for messengers and a manager who takes the first contact with the client.
Who fits this job
People who have lived in Phuket for at least a season and love showing it to others. Former hotel staff, teachers, journalists, event hosts — anyone who is comfortable talking to strangers for a whole day. Russian-speaking guides work mostly with families from CIS countries; English-speaking guides with European, Indian and Australian tourists. If you speak both, you will have the fullest calendar.
A typical day
Pick-up at 08:00 in Karon, Old Town and Wat Chalong by lunch, Big Buddha and a viewpoint after, back at the hotel by 16:00. On the way you shoot two short clips for our socials and after the tour you log it in the CRM, including the payment. Island days with a group are longer — 07:00 to 18:00.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Thai guide licence?
Tell us honestly in the form what documents you have. The format of work (private car tour, accompanying a group with a licensed Thai guide) is matched to your situation.
Do I drive the car myself?
On private car tours — usually yes, so your own car or a confident driving record is a plus. Group excursions use the operator's transport.
Can I work only in English or only in Russian?
Yes. Mark your working languages in the form; tours are assigned by language.
How are payments handled?
Part of the tours are prepaid online, part is paid on the day in cash, by transfer or in USDT. You log every payment in the CRM the same day.
