Terms & Conditions
1. Age Requirements
The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year.
2. Required Documents
A valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) are required. We keep a copy of your documents during the rental period.
3. Deposit
A refundable deposit of 5,000–10,000 THB (depending on vehicle class) is collected upon pickup and returned upon vehicle return in satisfactory condition.
4. Insurance
All vehicles include comprehensive first-class insurance. The renter is responsible for damages caused by negligence, driving under the influence, or off-road use.
5. Fuel Policy
Cars are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling fee applies otherwise.
6. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations may incur a fee of one day's rental.
7. Traffic Violations
The renter is responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
8. Geographic Limits
Cars may only be driven on Phuket island. Inter-province travel requires prior written approval.
